     Capitalizing upon our roots in Organizational Development/Psychology that

required both advanced degrees and an experiential background, we have

developed techniques that can bring an increased level of credibility and

A: Human Resources

 

     We view ourselves as unique outside advisors who see the “organization”

(not a specific individual) as our primary client.  In most instances, we work with

only the key players within a client organization and most of what we do remains

 confidential, if not transparent, to outsiders.  Capitalizing upon both our years of

experience and our educational background, we routinely become a resource that

the organization provides to various key individuals to assist them as needed.

 

     Specifically, the activities we become involved in are determined by the unique

needs of each client and may range from simple problem-solving, to traditional

strategic planning, to redesigning organizational structure, to compensation,

to developing a new organizational culture, to process improvement, to employee

 involvement.  Or sometimes, it’s just serving as a “second opinion” or sounding

board to those who need it.

 

 

                                              

B. Sustainability

          

               Since the current concept of being “Green” has become so fashionable, we

          believe that any claim not supported by an independent 3rd party evaluation may be

          perceived as “suspect”.  Despite many well-intentioned efforts, “Greenwashing” still

          exists – many companies still call themselves “Green”, even though by any practical

          measure, they are not.

 

               Fortunately, we know something that most don’t.  We know what Green is. 

          We know where it starts, and the simple path of real progress.  And, we know

          how to integrate real change into the organization.  But, best of all, we recognize

          and reward clients when they achieve the certifiable milestones of genuine

          progress.

 

               Our simple consulting process typically begins with a comprehensive

          “Green Assessment” that documents previous environmental progress, verifies

          accomplishments, and results in a basic sustainability plan.  This plan proposes

          future initiatives and, in many instances, results in a detailed, quantitative 3 to

          5-year plan.  Depending upon each individual client’s needs, this plan can be
          developed to either simply generate continued improvement or, if desired, to

          achieve formal certification, or both.

 

               Just as every client is different, each “Green Assessment” results in an

          action plan that is singularly unique and tailored to the specific needs of each

          client.
